consulting has been appointed privatisation advisor for the privatisation of three railway operations in Montenegro: (a) the railway freight operator of Montenegro (Montecargo), (b) the infrastructure maintenance activities of the Railway Infrastructure Company (Željeznička infrastruktura Crne Gore) and (c) the operation and commercial development of the railway stations owned by the Railway Infrastructure Company (Željeznička infrastruktura Crne Gore). The appointment followed a competitive tender procedure where specialised firms with regional experience were invited to participate.The assignment as privatisation advisor is in line with
